  1. In Zapier, make a Zap. For the trigger, pick your booking app and the event for a finished job or appointment.
  2. For the action, pick Webhooks by Zapier, then POST, and paste your private link below as the URL.
  3. Under Data, add the customer's name and email or phone. If your app has an end time, add it as end_time.
